For people facing mortgage arrears in Ireland, this app outlines the main processes involved and how they relate to each other.

If you are having difficulties paying your mortgage, the app sets out the steps in the Mortgage Arrears Resolution Process (MARP), as well as options if the MARP has not been successful, including the mortgage-to-rent scheme, a Personal Insolvency Arrangement (PIA), declaring bankruptcy and the steps involved in repossession proceedings.
